God has graced us with a powerful team of anointed speakers and worship leaders who hear from the Father and minister in submission, directed by the Holy Spirit. Jason King

Jason King pastors Faith Bible Chapel in Arvada, Colorado. He graduated from International Bible college in 2002 and has been in full-time ministry ever since. He has ministered in over 17 nations including serving as a missionary in England. He has a passion for the local church both here and around the world.

Jason and his wife Sheryl have two children; Seth and Ellie. Jason has followed God's call on his life as a youth pastor, worship pastor, mission’s pastor, men’s pastor and teaching pastor, each position contributing to his overall understanding of what God has for our church in the day in which we live. It's clear God has gifted Jason in many areas, chiefly preaching the Word of God.

Mike Mccord

Mike Mccord is the pastors Ray of Hope Church in Comanche, Oklahoma - one of the largest churches in the area. He is a gifted speaker with a heart for the nations. Alongside his wife Cary, he continues to advance the Kingdom of God in Oklahoma and beyond.

Mike and Cary have raised three boys; Nathan, Aaron and Matt. Their home is in the country, and while Pastor Mike enjoys raising cattle, Cary loves to plant flowers and work in the garden. Being with friends and family, teaching, mentoring and encouraging people is their passion.

Chad hayes

Chad and Rachael Hayes reside in Burnsville, Minnesota with their three sons, Noah, Nathan and Jentzen and daughter, Bethyn. Chad is the Associate Pastor at Eagle Heights Church.

Chad graduated from International Bible College, where he and Rachael met, in 2001. In 2006 they moved to San Marcos, TX and planted a church which they led for 9 years.

Chad and Rachael also travel to minister in churches and outreaches nationally and internationally. They specialize in pastoral ministry, equipping leaders for evangelism and discipleship, and building leaders across generations.

Philip Thompson

Born to missionary parents, Philip Thompson was raised on the mission field in the country of Mexico. In 1984, Philip married his wife, Tamera. They have two daughters, six grandsons and one granddaughter.

Philip served as a Chaplain’s Assistant in the United States Navy from 1984 to 1990. In 1993 he completed his Bachelors of Theology Degree from International Bible College, San Antonio, Texas. Shortly thereafter, he was called to serve as a staff pastor at Destiny Church, San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, he was called to be the Senior Pastor of Victory Church, Waupaca, Wisconsin, where he serves to date.

In June 2007, he earned a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Crown College, Minnesota. His ministerial passion is to organize ministry for maximum impact. His organizational theories for small and mid-size community churches have proven themselves in a number of settings including his own. In recent years, he has been called on to assist pastors in the development of strategic plans in both English and Spanish speaking churches.

Philip is also a motor sports enthusiast. At the top of his list are airplanes and snowmobiles. The long Wisconsin winters give plenty of opportunity to race snowmobiles and restore antique airplanes. As an instrument rated pilot, Philip enjoys flying short-term mission trips.

KINGSLEY ARMSTRONG

Kingsley Armstrong is the founder and president of the Joshua Project, based in Norwich, UK, and president of International Gospel Outreach, also based in the UK. As a Kingdom leader and minister, Kingsley travels extensively world-wide, raising up leaders, training believers, and bringing salvation to the lost.

Having served many years as a pastor, his current focus is world missions.  In recent outreaches to Pakistan and Ghana, he experienced abundant salvations and miraculous healings. Originally from Ireland, Kingsley now resides in the UK with his wife, Cathy, and their children.

Paul Mason

Paul Mason pastors Living Waters Church in Seguin, Texas. Born in Metairie, Lousiana outside of New Orleans he is a graduate of International Bible College in San Antonio. He has served as a pastor for 19 years in Louisiana, Arkansas, and the great state of Texas.

Paul and his wife Brooke have two kids, Joel and Jenna, and one on the way!

LIGHT YOUR WORLD is hosted at Destiny Church in the unique and historic city of San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio has a rich and unique missions heritage. San Antonio was first settled by Catholic missionaries who came here to share the gospel with the native people. For many years, International Bible College was one of the major hubs for training and sending missionaries all around the world. Destiny Church continues to carry this vision forward to the next generation of future pastors and missionaries.
